You retain full and exclusive ownership of any documents, text, images, and files that you upload to FreePDFToolz.me. By uploading a file, you grant us only the limited, temporary technical authorization required to execute your requested operation (such as compressing or splitting) in volatile server memory. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all files are purged from volatile Linux RAM disks immediately following completion.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using FreePDFToolz.me, you agree not to:

• Upload documents containing malicious code, trojans, zero-day PDF exploits, or destructive macro scripts.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit, or bypass server security restrictions or rate-limiting thresholds.
• Use automated scrapers, headless botnets, or brute-force scripts that disrupt system stability or degrade performance for legitimate users.
• Upload, process, or disseminate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive material.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The FreePDFToolz.me brand, user interface designs, custom icons, graphics, editorial articles, and website architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of FreePDFToolz.me. You may not duplicate or frame our website interface without prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our processing engines achieve industry-leading conversion fidelity, we do not warrant that document processing will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every non-standard PDF format.
